No Dailee Comfort Pads Extra are part of the Dailee Pad and Pant System and are designed to sit inside Dailee Fix Pants. The Fix Pants hold the pad securely in place in a way regular underwear cannot. Wearing the pad alone in regular underwear will not give a secure fit.
