What is the Extendable Elbow Brace?
The ROM Elbow Brace by Conwell is an extendable hinged elbow support that provides post-operative immobilisation and range-of-motion control for the elbow. It relieves from pain from elbow injuries and offers rehabilitative support during the recovery process. The brace is completely adjustable for a personalised fit.
Indications of the ROM Elbow Brace
The ROM Elbow Brace has been designed to provide reliable post-operative immobilisation, controlling range of movement to help with healing and recovery.
It can also be worn as part of treatment for elbow luxation or dislocation, and is suitable to stabilise fractures of the humerus, radius or ulna.

How Do I Use the Conwell ROM Elbow Brace?
The Conwell ROM elbow brace provides static adjustable stretch of the elbow in extension and flexion. It replaces the need for 2 braces when treating elbow contractures and eliminates for casting after elbow reconstruction or acute elbow fracture dislocations.
Immobilisation with the ROM Elbow Brace
The ROM Elbow Brace stabilises and supports the elbow while allowing a controlled range of motion. The extension is limited by 10° increments while the flexion can be set with 15° increments. Adjusting the hinge settings with the control knob, will limits range of movement.
By providing adjustable immobilisation, the brace will be ideal for conditions where progressive treatment and healing takes place. It can be altered over time as and when required to accommodate the changing needs of the injured or affected elbow.
Extension and Flexion Limitations
The ROM Range of Motion Elbow Brace is available for both the right and the left elbow, and can be adjusted to provide the personalised extension and flexion limitations.
The immobilisation of the elbow can be altered for extension limitation from 0° to 90° (in 10° increments) while flexion limitation starts at 0° and increments with 15° to up to 120°.
