What is the Neurotrac Sports NMES?

The NeuroTrac Sports NMES is a dual channel digital tens machine with NMES or STIM unit. This modern portable massager and muscle stimulator penetrates targeted muscle groups through electrical impulses to stimulate the nerves. They then gently contract and relax the muscle which helps build up the muscle fibres or calm them down.

Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES), EMS or STIM has been used for many years by doctors and physiotherapists to treat muscle or nerve conditions and prevent or reduce muscle atrophy (loss of muscle tone, usually after injury or surgery).
